John Campbell attended Vero Beach Senior High School and then went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro.  John worked as a metabolism chemist for Ciba-Geigy/Novartis until 1997 when he transitioned to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).  John led and managed EHS positions for Novartis, Syngenta, and BioNumerik Pharmaceuticals until 2003 when he started his own company, Safety & Environmental Systems, Inc., which he still leads today.  John has ownership positions with Tiki Bar & Grill in Sebastian and with Nauti Boys Mat in Vero Beach.  John relocated back to Indian River County in 2009 with his wife Patrice, and their two daughters.
